Born in New England, Little's desire to make a difference in the world took her to a refugee camp on the Thai/Lao border where she taught and served as a missionary for more than a year.
After traveling throughout Asia, she later accepted a position in Mexico to participate in a teaching exchange program. Although her commitment was only for two months, she taught for more than six years before moving to Texas where she continued her career in health and human services working in both the public and nonprofit sectors.
For years, Little made several attempts to write her story and finally, she participated in a two week writing boot camp. Little hired a writing coach, Max Regan, to assist her on the journey. With Max's encouragement, expertise and guidance, her memoir began to take shape and is due out on Amazon in Summer 2012! This journey has been an incredibly fulfilling experience for Little as she reconnected with so many people who were instrumental in her helping achieve her life goals.

Little has a Master's in Organizational Management, is a Certified Professional Coach and has more than 25 years experience in the field of Health and Human Services. She currently serves as President/CEO of Northwest Assistance Ministries and resides in Texas with her husband and two children.
